At Lever’s Concept Constructions, we pride ourselves on our exceptional quality of work and our friendly approach. Step 1 – Initial Meeting and Estimate
Call and we will arrange a time for you to meet with Simon .He will discuss your requirements and using his wealth of knowledge , advise you on the best outcome. From here we can work on an estimate for your project. We understand if you need to stick to a budget, so we can tailor a package to suit your needs.
Step 2 – Preliminary Design and Quote
Next we will draw up a Preliminary Agreement. This is a small fee to cover the following costs if required; Soil Testing, Site measuring, Drafting, engineering and other procedures necessary in providing a quote.
Please Note: This does not lock you into a contract.
Step 3 – Final Plans, Contracts & Council Submissions
After acceptance, we will draw up a construction contract outlining every aspect of your particular job and a comprehensive specification is compiled outlining every detail of the project complete with a schedule of fixtures and fittings. Construction plans and engineered drawings are completed and sent with the necessary applications for council approval.
Step 4 – Construction of the project
We endeavour to commence your project as soon as it is released from council. A work schedule is carefully planned and adhered to maximising tradesman attendance to ensure the smoothest operation in streamlining your project.
